Anti-Bribery & Corruption
As a member of the Maritime Anti-corruption Network (MACN), we cooperate with like-minded industry companies to promote compliance with anti-corruption laws and eliminate corrupt practices.
Our Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery policy requires all employees to be trained in the relevant legislation and company procedures. To help keep their knowledge and awareness fresh, we have developed an intranet training module for all employees to undertake annually.
Global Anti-Trust Policy
The purpose of our Anti-Trust Policy is to promote compliance with all Anti-Trust laws that: Guarantee free and open competition in a free market economy; and Prohibit anti-competitive behaviour from either individuals acting alone or multiple players acting together.
Code of Business Ethics
Our reputation for giving customers long term value is anchored in our ability to consistently deliver reliable services through our expertise, teamwork and professionalism – both in the work we do and how we do it.
This Code details the fundamental values and behavioural standards that all employees must adhere to at all times.
Supplier Code of Conduct
The Gearbulk group of companies has strong values and is committed to working lawfully, ethically and with integrity, wherever we operate and whoever we do business with.
This Code details our fundamental values and standards of ethics, labour, health, safety, and environmental management, which we ask our suppliers to respect and support.
